1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from this website (the “Site”) operated by PearlSkin (“PearlSkin,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“you,” “Customer,” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms govern your use of the Site, our services, and any purchase of products made through it.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this Site or purchase our products.

2. Company Information

PearlSkin is headquartered in The Netherlands, and operates internationally, selling and shipping to customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

3. Product Classification & Disclaimer

PearlSkin’s products — including but not limited to our Hyaluronic Acid Serum — are cosmetic skincare products designed for external use only.

Our products are FDA-approved, vegan, and cruelty-free. However, they are not medical products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Before using any new skincare product, you agree to perform a patch test and consult a licensed dermatologist or healthcare professional if you have sensitive skin, allergies, or existing skin conditions.

Use of our products is undertaken at your own discretion and risk. PearlSkin assumes no liability for allergic reactions, misuse, or results that differ from customer expectations.

4. Subscription Model & Recurring Billing

PearlSkin offers both one-time purchases and a Subscribe & Save option, which provides a discounted rate and free shipping.

4.1 Automatic Renewal Authorization

When subscribing to our “Subscribe & Save” plan, you authorize PearlSkin to charge your payment method on file for recurring orders at the discounted subscription rate. Subscription charges automatically renew according to your selected delivery frequency until you cancel.

4.2 Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, without minimum commitment. Cancellations must be submitted before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the following shipment.

4.3 Refunds on Processed Orders

Orders that have already been processed, shipped, or fulfilled before cancellation cannot be refunded.

5. Returns & Refund Policy

We proudly offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all PearlSkin products.

If you are not satisfied with your results after consistent daily use (twice per day for 30 days), you may request a full refund.
To qualify:

  • You must provide proof of consistent use (e.g., photo or video evidence).

  • The request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Refunds apply only to the first purchase of the product.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

6. Product Availability & Modifications

PearlSkin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product, pricing, or promotional offer at any time, without prior notice.

All prices, offers, and availability are subject to change at our discretion.

7. Payment Authorization

By providing payment information, you affirm that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and permit PearlSkin to charge it for your purchase, including recurring subscription fees.

PearlSkin is not liable for declined transactions, expired payment methods, or payment processing errors.

8. Shipping & Delivery

We ship internationally to customers in the U.S., U.K., Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs taxes, or additional local fees.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PearlSkin, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products or website.

This includes, without limitation, allergic reactions, irritation, dissatisfaction with product results, or website downtime.

PearlSkin does not provide medical advice.
Information provided on the Site, product packaging, or communications is for general educational and cosmetic purposes only and should not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

Users assume full responsibility for their skincare routines and any associated risks.

11. Mobile Messaging Program Terms

By subscribing to PearlSkin’s SMS or MMS notifications, you consent to receive recurring messages, including promotional content and order updates.

Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through individual arbitration or competent courts located in The Netherlands. You waive any right to participate in class actions or collective proceedings.
