Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms govern all purchases made through PearlSkin’s Subscribe & Save program. By enrolling in the subscription program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Subscription Overview

The Subscribe & Save program allows customers to receive recurring shipments of PearlSkin products at a discounted price. Subscribers also enjoy free shipping on every order.

Products delivered under this program may include, but are not limited to, our Hyaluronic Acid Serum.

2. Subscription Billing

  • Subscription charges are recurring and billed automatically to the payment method provided at checkout.

  • Billing occurs according to the selected subscription frequency and will continue until the subscription is cancelled.

  • PearlSkin reserves the right to update pricing or promotions at any time; subscribers will be notified of changes before the next billing cycle.

3. Free Shipping

All subscription orders include free standard shipping.
Subscribers are responsible for any additional fees imposed by local customs, import taxes, or government authorities.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Subscribers may cancel at any time by contacting our support team at support@getpearlskin.com.

  • To avoid charges for the upcoming billing cycle, cancellation should be made before the next scheduled shipment.

  • Subscription cancellations do not affect one-time purchases.

5. Refunds and Returns

  • Orders that have already been processed, fulfilled, or shipped cannot be refunded.

  • Our standard 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to product effectiveness for first-time purchases and does not apply to ongoing subscription shipments that have been processed.

  • For issues with defective or damaged products, please contact support@getpearlskin.com within 7 days of receipt.

6. Modifications to Subscription

  • Subscribers may adjust their order quantity or frequency by contacting support at support@getpearlskin.com.

  • Any changes will take effect from the next billing cycle.

  • PearlSkin reserves the right to modify or discontinue subscription products or promotions at any time, with notice to affected subscribers.

7. Limitation of Liability

PearlSkin, its affiliates, directors, and employees shall not be held liable for:

  • Missed or delayed shipments due to carrier issues, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Dissatisfaction with product results or subscription experience.

  • Any indirect or consequential damages related to subscription services.

8. Governing Law

These Subscription Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes relating to subscription services shall be resolved under Dutch law and competent courts located in The Netherlands.
