At PearlSkin, your satisfaction and confidence in our skincare products mean everything to us.
We’re committed to delivering real, visible results — and if you don’t experience them, we’ve got you covered.


1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality and performance of our Hyaluronic Acid Serum.

If, after consistent daily use (twice per day for 30 days), you do not see or feel improvement in your skin’s hydration, smoothness, or appearance, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • You must provide proof of consistent use, such as photos or a brief description of your skincare routine.

  • Refunds apply only to the first purchase of a product.

  • Items must be purchased directly from our official website: www.getpearlskin.com.


2. How to Request a Refund

To start a return or refund request, simply contact our support team at:

Please include:

  • Your full name and order number

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)

  • A short explanation or photo documentation of your experience

Our customer care team will respond within 2–3 business days to guide you through the next steps.


3. Return Shipping

In most cases, we do not require physical returns for refund eligibility.
However, if a return is necessary (for example, to verify product condition), you will receive full instructions from our team.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise specified.

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging, unopened and unused (if applicable).


4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@getpearlskin.com.

We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.
Please include photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Next, contact your bank. Processing times can vary.

6. Subscription Orders

Customers who are subscribed through our “Subscribe & Save” plan may cancel anytime before the next renewal date to avoid additional charges.

Refunds are not available for subscription orders that have already been processed, fulfilled, or shipped.


7. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in cases of:

  • Failure to follow the recommended usage instructions.

  • Claims made beyond the 30-day window after delivery.

  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or third-party sellers.
